Emergency Disaster Relief Fund Act of 2025 This bill provides FY2025 supplemental appropriations to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for the Disaster Relief Fund (DRF). (The DRF is the primary funding source for federal programs for disaster response, recovery, and mitigation.) The amounts provided by the bill are designated as emergency spending pursuant to the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010 (PAYGO) and other congressional budget enforcement procedures.
